OSP: Horseshoe Casino over-served driver in fatal crash

Horseshoe Casino over-served a patron who later caused a fatal March crash, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Patrol officials on Wednesday cited the Downtown casino with both furnishing and selling beer or liquor to an intoxicated person.
