Thirsty Warrandyte tiler sues Crown casino and security company in assault claim

James Weatherley, 44, said he went to the casino with friends last April. He was refused entry outside the Monte Carlo Room and asked to leave the premises. According to a writ filed with the County Court, Mr Weatherley then asked for a glass of water.
